Shipping

Each product is made to order. Sometimes we have pieces in stock, and we can ship immediately, but other times they need to be custom made for you.

Most orders will be shipped via USPS within 3-5 business days. For out of stock and custom items, please allow 8-12 days for orders to be handmade and shipped. We do our absolute best to ship orders as soon as they are received. If your item has a longer lead time for some reason, we will notify you by email. If you have a time crunch, email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Returns

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns.

On rare instances a product can be damaged by the shipping provider. We take each claim on a case by case basis and we will do our best to accommodate the purchaser with a replacement if we deem it necessary. Please contact us first for shipping questions or issues at info@waldenrun.com.

 

Repairs

We will repair items purchased through waldenrun.com free of charge within 30 days of purchase.  After that time, we are happy to repair your items for a service charge. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping charges on repair items. Please contact us first for repair authorization at info@waldenrun.com.

And if you ever lose an earring, we are happy make a replacement to match your single earring.  The cost will be half of a complete pair. Simply email us to make this special request.
