SHIPPING POLICY

Each product is made to order. Sometimes we have pieces in stock, and we can ship immediately, but other times they need to be custom made for you. Please contact us for custom order inquires or questions.

Most orders will be shipped via USPS within 3-10 business days. Furniture will be shipped via UPS. In stock items will ship within 72 hours of purchase. For out-of-stock jewelry please allow 8-12 days for orders to be handmade and shipped. For large orders, custom orders, and out of stock furniture please allow up to six weeks for orders to be handmade and shipped. We will do our absolute best to ship orders as soon as they are received. If your item has a longer lead time for some reason, we will notify you by email. If you have a time crunch, email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

All sales are final and we do not accept returns.

On rare instances a product can be damaged by the shipping provider. We take each claim on a case-by-case basis and we will do our best to accommodate the purchaser with a replacement if we deem it necessary. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please contact us first for shipping questions or issues.

Repairs

We are happy to repair or make a replacement for your items, purchased from Walden Run, for a small service fee. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping charges on repair items. Simply contact us to make this special request.

Free Curbside Pick-Up

We offer free in-person pickup for orders Monday-Friday 11am-4pm. Just place your order online and select the ‘Pick-up’ option. When you order is ready an email notification will be sent.
